Traditionally part of the Mexican Carnival celebration, cascarones are now used to celebrate many different holidays. The library will provide the materials. This event will be in English and Spanish. This is a free program, but space is limited so registration is required. Please register for either the 6-7pm event or the 7:30-8:30pm event.=0D=0A**Por favor, haga la inscripción solomente para los niños.**=0D=0APara niños en kindergarten y mayor con un adulto=0D=0ACascarones son huevos vacíos que están decorados y rellenados con confeti para después aplastar sobre la cabeza de alguien ¡para traerle la buena suerte! Forman una parte tradicional del carnaval mexicano pero hoy en día se usa para celebrar muchas fiestas distintas. La biblioteca proveerá los materiales. Se realizará en inglés y español. Es gratis pero se requiere inscripción. Cupo limitado. Por favor, regístrese o para el evento de 6-7pm o para el evento de 7:30-8:30pm.
